Items that are returned must be returned within 30 days in new condition to be eligible for return or exchange.
If your item is made to order, for this reason items that have been decorated with logo, name, or number are not eligible for return unless it is determined that your order has defects in materials and/or decoration.

Once confirmed, please send the items back to our team. Upon receipt, you will receive a refund or exchange as previously discussed. If you have not received approval, your item may be sent back or donated to a charity of our choice.
